Fail to Validate Message

hi all,

in form, strange thing occurs. use adobe designer7.0 japanese.

"salesname" field set "readonly" in access property. , javascript field filled value "akira hiroki", field filled name of person. form works when test in preview window.

but once form deployed workflow , opened in manager, there comes message "salesname fail validate" when javascript works.

i not write script "salesname" validate event. changed name of field "personsname", result same.

please tell me how erase message.
