Problem on rpi3 with special bootcode.bin after upgrade - Raspberry Pi Forums

hi,

i'm using rpi3 , applyed https://www.raspberrypi.org/documentati ... des/msd.md
ok. harddrive working fine , can boot on it.

happens 2 times after

code: select all

sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get upgrade 

following reboot, rpi3 not able boot on harddrive.
way boot on sd card, mount hardrive, copy files sdcard /boot/start.elf , /boot/bootcode.bin /mnt/target/boot, checked cmdline.txt , config.txt , shutdown boot on harddrive instead of sd card.

there way avoid each time upgrade ?
using raspbian.
