Have to unplug Nano every time I upload sketch (OS X 10.10.5 / IDE 1.6.5)

every time upload sketch nano 3.2 have unplug usb cable or else the:

avrdude: stk500_recv(): programmer not responding
avrdude: stk500_getsync() attempt 1 of 10: not in sync: resp=0x00
avrdude: stk500_recv(): programmer not responding

is there workaround this?

is board running fine after uploading without unplugging?

try computer.

which board have? (which serial-usb chip?)

try other drivers.
