Where to publish project, and how? - Raspberry Pi Forums

i have finished pi project, uses pi control remote controller endless pool, allowing pool used interval training.

publish details, have 2 questions.

1. how produce little wiring diagrams people publish on these forums?

2. forum publish on? forums seem more orientated helping, rather how it.
