its long winded way ask but... in design best or there further 'simpler' adobe products use?

there re many programs superior indesign building web pages. starters, jsut of them promote web design feature. of programs made adobe , prominent 1 dreamweaver. because program made adobe not reason think best option. sure, if have creative suite , have a copy of dreamweaver it's place start without investing in software.
