Thread: ubuntu 9.10, laptop speaker issue

got problem speakers in hp probook 4310s. don't integrated speakers work, connected external speaker , got sound internal speakers don't work. i'm pretty sure isn't hardware problem cause got same problem 6 other brand new laptops of same kind.
