UWP App Not Records Video through Web Cam - Raspberry Pi Forums

hi everyone!
new raspberry pi , using pi3 windows os , have deployed uwp application captures video web cam , save local storage of application facing problem application works fine on local machine on raspberrypi3 not.

windows 10 iot core has compatibility list of hardware (no idea windows os !):
