when boot raspberry pi 3 b slow @ beginning , noticed (in rpimonitor) ram redused 1024 mb round 100mb (some times 106 mb, 117 mb or 94 mb).

use experimental build 4.4.17 #902 , switch sd card boot hdd boot pidrive wd, it's running well, incl. 1024 mb ram other interesting notices (see below).
because of notices did "downgrade" regular build 4.4.21 #911 still use bootcode.bin , start.elf of experimental build continue boot hdd. after booting above mentioned situation occurs. cpu @ load of 5.08 (in rpimonitor) short time while booting , swap used 50%.
performed memtest , 106 mb allocatable.
after disconnect hdd , insert sd card ( experimental build 4.4.17 #902) again , boot. after booting ram available , accessable full 1024 mb.
intresting notices (may interesting developers of usb boot mode):
monitoring based on rpimonitor:
cpu load permanently on 0.5 (of 5) in idle when booted hdd. it's 0 when booted sd card.
temperature 4° warmer when booted hdd.
after booting sd card cpu load 0 again in idle situation , temperature lower again too.
think of might because of experimental files. want know is: (how) can allocate full ram memory build 4.4.21 #911 experimantal bootcode.bin , start.elf ?
