Save and apply button does not work - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i install joomla in subdomain http://ecom.chroma-aviasupport.com seem be  untill found problem. save , apply button doesn't work cancel button work. when log in admin, edit web content can't save change made. i've try googling  find how resolve it, can found solution. ask web hosting provider , tell me problem not database can save , apply button doesn't work because open edit page , close without save or logout? true....?
somebody please me how can resolve problem? firts time use joomla..
