When making any changes in backend reverts to homepage - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

when make changes in global config directed straight home page of site.  if log backend find changes have not taken effect.  configuration.php writeable , has started happen.

does know has gone wrong or need reinstall joomla?

just further information happens if try create new sections.  have removed , reinstalled joomla still occuring.

does mean no longer able use joomla?

edit:  have checked hosting company's forum.  thhere dozens of people complaining same thing, plus guestbooks , forums not working.

i'll have wait them fix it.
