E-mail button is not permitted in Reader

ok - here's puff-ball query ....

i can e-mail adobe 7.0 pro (where document created) when provide .pdf potential user (with acrobat reader) gives "not permitted" schtick ....

what missing?

any acrobat/javascript ind contractors in south orange/north san diego county out there looking mini-project?

are using standard email submit button designer? seems work fine here.
