Getting the URL to reflect what I want it to - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hello everyone,

    great place you've got here. i've been running sites awhile, first joomla though. i'll try keep real easy- question. if main hosting account jeffko.com , son has website along of other kids, website jeffkojunior.com. there way have jeffkojunior.com viable url, or constrained jeffko.com/jeffkojunior.com ?

    fictitious sites, don't go there thinking if exist me/mine.

apart purchasing exact domains looking restricted using named folders.

if own domains can setup different joomla installs each of domains use, or use multi site feature e.g. http://forum.j-prosolution.com/opensef-multi-sites/ run of sites same joomla installation.
