i think spring contact, : https://www.adafruit.com/products/1766
probably filter , opamp detect level of motion.

i suppose can apply gnd , 5v , output arduino digital input. read input digitalread().

those modules can disappointing. if buy sensors @ adafruit, won't disappointed.
