Change C source code to Arduino

so got c source code http://www.sunrom.com/p/blood-pressure-sensor-serial-output , can adapt arduino language? i'm newbie in arduino.. i'd appreciate help..

the arduino's language c, in fact c++ there not do.
just replace main function loop , have blank setup function.
