Many Potentiometers, few pins - Help me help myself!

hey guys!


situation: i'm trying use many potentiometers little pins on arduino possible, kinda shift register works other way round.. pots.

problem: tried , tried googling how this, don't know search exactly, if can point me in right direction - awesome. alternatively links or suggestions great, too!
