Mr, Gammon, Question about using a Redboard as a video card

i using 3 470 ohm resistors rated @ 1/8 watt.

i using 2 68 ohm resistors rated @ 1/2 watt.


that's radio shack had.


is okay?

why not be?

you're not @ power limit - 470 + 75 ohm = ~550 ohm 5v across 550 ohm = ~10ma... 4.3v * 10ma = 43mw, resistor rated 125mw.
