we have had 1 user report problem. occurs not time, , doesn't occur else know of. user csr - 1 of our business office staff runs conflicts , creates new client matters in elite.
when secretary fills out conflict form , submits it, then, when particular csr opens (she 1 out of 5 csrs), clicks on batch button , batch created in elite conflicts. clicks submit continue process. when clicks submit gets following error:
the action "" not valid action work item. select action work item: submit save
continue.
she chooses submit, clicks on continue , item continues next step. said gets duplicate batches created in conflicts in elite not always. has step clicks submit , never gets error there.
she has reported sometimes, after clicking finalize , creating new client.matter in elite, gets duplicate client.matters created in elite duplicate client.matters weird second matter. e.g., 123123.123123.0 instead of 123123.0001.
has heard of of these problems or have ideas?

i have never integrated elite, cannot advice on that.
but error quote (the action "" not valid action work item. select action work item: submit save
continue) more familiar.
are using adobe form server forms?
for reason appears clicking on submit button when there no value selected in action dropdown list. caused number of things, sounds me clicking on control (probably button) on form, causes focus sent form server - causes selections in dropdowns cleared.
in form design, have default selection set 0 or 1 in action dropdown? if set 0, form server automatically adds empty item list, , default selects that. if set value 1, first item in list selected default, , error disappear.
