Automotive PDIP 328 Available?

i'm looking avr chip available in pdip or surface mount solderable hand. i'm considering attiny44 (attiny44v-15sst), attiny84 or 328 preferred. i've not found packages attiny84 or 238. again, in automotive classification, because require heat range allowances. there step in flash size , friendly package comparable automotive attiny44 i've overlooked?

please make suggestions.
