i'm not sure if right forum, can address questions, , if these questions should posted in forum, can direct me correct forum?

got questions purchasing dreamweaver retail version. know possibe register software under organisation name, not individual's name? , if there need transfer software (retail version) 1 user's computer user's computer both users belong same organisation, in agreement retail licensing dreamweaver? , if possible transfer, neccessary sign transfer of license form?
