i purchased master collection cs3, student edition p.c. installed , have been using month, unfortunately need money, , sell item. if de-activate software, , sell it, next person able install software normal?

yes, if de-activate master collection on instance activated , sold it, next person able install normally. may want up-front you're selling student edition, provide part number, , deactivated.
