Does Anyone know how to do the CC Bill postback system? - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i have joomla site, , went ahead , got ccbill account. problem told me dont have type of scripts need me, site. heres doing:

each member on site have cc bill subaccount (that hand created in ccbill, no scripting)
a costumer goes persons page , can click "pay now" button , goes cc bill link thier subaccount.
they put in card information, , taken "approved" page, or "denied" page.
the member (not customer) gets email says "so , approved/denied".

cc bill told me need utilize "postback system" have no clue or how set up.
