I cannot install NOOBS. - Raspberry Pi Forums

hello bought raspberry pi 3 did written on instructions, monitor , systems not seem respond. have 32 gb micro sd output 3 after farmatatta , have inserted inside folder noobs attacked throughout keyboard mouse , monitor power supply , remains off except red light think normal.
ask if know how.

did wrong, should have copied contents of folder, not folder itself, if not .zip (acting if "folder").
