Some really noob questions..

hey guys..i'm going make first robot, used arduino somethings (controlling rgb led 3 buttons, , wrote code show button pressed)..anyway..i've got questions (i'm recommending answering person used adafruit's motor shield or/and magician robot chassis, 2 motors one)

first question: magician robot chassis's battery holder 1 have plug connect holder arduino?

second question: i'm going magician robot chassis, , thinking getting power source..i thinking giving arduino 4aa power source (the 1 chassis) , giving motors 4aa or 9v..am in right way?

i'm asking because tomorrow, i'm going parts..and

i dunno version of chassis have...but sparkfun 6v max motor drive...

4aas (nimh) = 4.8v - 6v fine.

9v kill motors.
