Auto populating website with 1000s of html articles - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i have searched joomla forum, read joomla manual , googled extensively, no direct solution. using joomla v1.0.12 stable, php v4.4.4, mysql v4.1.21-standard.

i have written script auto-generates html articles. automate uploading thousands of articles script produces joomla! there command line interface script create new sections, categories , articles within website? or possible upload new sections, categories , articles mysql database? fields , hints how windows/linux - apps should use copy contents across , upload mysql database?
