"Insert Link" in text editor just Brings Up White Box? - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

when go insert link on site box appears instead of giving links options white box. ideas anyone?

this happened me once , had me perplexed. logged in admin under http://www.mysite.com , advised log in without www. ie http://mysite.com
