Search for timer library that adds a delay without blocking

hello,

i looking timer library or timer library function duplicates delay function without blocking sketch. aware of pause without blocking sketch. have looked @ simon monks timer library seems more allow turning on , off of pins without blocking sketch not replicate delay function. want add delay sketch, using library, not block sketch. ie timer library function = delay() without blocking. have looked @ timer1 , simpletimer library. possibly / 1 of these library's has want have not identified it. able "roll over" when arduino timer reaches limit without losing settings.
