Water pressure sensor killing power to board

so bought sensor off amazon use water pressure sensing device.

my expectation device supply 5v arduino, , read signal (yellow) wire's voltage , map voltage actual pressure reading. however, when apply sensor board kills it. tried using external 5v power supply grounded arduino's ground. when tested voltage across power supply voltage drops around 0.2v.

what happening here? resistance across red , black of sensor 8 ohms.

p.s there other sensors use? how 1 go making own pressure sensor digikey chip environment corrosive liquids?
