hi,
i new using acrobat form building tool. using in conjunction adobe lifecycle designer 8.
i create form behaves xhtml doc, , client-side javascript.
i able create groups of objects (text, textboxes, comboboxes, etc), can shown or hidden depending on user selection/input in different control/object. pretty general question, having difficulty finding documentation on how approach.
this may more difficult. form live in folder on shared drive. when user completes , submits form, need following:
email specific address, depending on user selection of combobox value on form.
then create copy of in subfolder in same shared drive, dynamically generated unique title/id (like database key field).
are of these things possible. create xhtml form this, not have web server available house such form. , portability of acrobat forms seems useful , practical in long run.
if point me in right direction, website and/or online pdf publication, ever grateful.
thanks help.
kind regards,
jessica
