Can't extend Document created with Designer 7 (German)

hi,

so far, used ares 6 right-enable our forms,
now trying same lc reader extension 7 using web-userinterface.

i able extend pdf files found samples in forum,
but not able extend forms created german designer 7.
even if open working sample pdf designer , save again,
it not work more!

i error:

fehler 400: hinzufügen von benutzerrechten zum dokument 'antrag.pdf' fehlgeschlagen: 'com.adobe.document.pdf.pdfoperationfailure: idl:com/adobe/document/pdf/pdfoperationfailure:1.0'.

please help,
