Configuring mail and Form Manager

hi,

i need on configuration of mail , form manager setting.

1.)i want know possible compose seprate subject line , message body mail comes during work item comes person worklist diffrent workflow. while making setting adminui think there chances of populating mail user instruction not sure on message body.i did not want use email attachment qpac there

2.)is possible dispaly colum form manager field of form ex. having unique id generated form want display colum arcived item list instead of task id colum let me know if there suggestions

yes - can include instructions in message body of email sent task notification. these 'special' strings replaces values in reminders, task assignments, , deadlines tabs in adminui:

@@taskid@@
@@notification-host@@
@@instructions@@
@@queueid@@

you can use these strings in subject line or message body - , configure them in adminui.

as far adding custom column in form manager display id - unfortunately there no productized way this. suggest putting value in instructions - perhaps @ beginning or end of instructions field easy find.
