Error with Virtual Java

hi,

error is: not load java virtual machine. eventid 4096

i have install workflow 7, after use turnkey got error. dont undertsand. have jboss adobe livecycle service failed start.

i'm using jboss , mysql in turnkey.

for sdk witch version need use, sun or adobe? because in manuel dont this.

did install jdk?? did add path environment variable?

i used version of jdk: jdk1.5.0_04 http://java.sun.com
