i'm trying find way, optics calculations find best distance put camera in eyepiece of microscope. has researched yet?
there 2 different ways use camera on microscope: 1 using unmodified camera takes parallel rays (as object @ infinity) , uses built-in camera lens focus them on sensor. other way remove existing camera lens, , use optics in microscope deliver converging rays come focus on sensor.
if camera sensor focused @ infinity, should able place unmodified camera right against microscope eyepiece , observe image, in focus degree microscope in focus. note there called "exit pupil" determines eye relief distance, , brightest image camera should @ distance eyepiece.
