i have tried install foxit pdf reader , got error:

followed instructions @ foxit website. download listed being linux.32-bit. running on raspberry pi model 2 b.
tried install okular with:
sudo apt-get install okular
seem start , run bit, ends with:

e: unable fetch archives, maybe run apt-get update or try --fix-missing?

random "linux" downloads don't cut , download page has
mention raspberry pi , or useless x86 binary
in 99% of cases.
regularly need run "apt-get update" keep
package list , links updated , "apt-get upgrade"
apply them.
try should work.
