Help needed with my smart bluetooth controlled light

hello, im planning arduino uno, 5v relay 2 channel, , bluetooth module. want make light/fan working on ac turn on , off android. can u me project? getting required tools should getting? im totally newbie ned programming aswell.

i think should research want do. if want have both on/both off, think can without arduino. 

if want both/one/other/none, i.e. separate control of fan , light, arduino may usefully employed might still better find way. ironically, using 2 arduinos may better idea 1 phone.
