LoadCell connected to ArduinoMega interfaced with arducam to be stored in MySQL

hi everyone, need regarding our project. i'm quite new arduino , stuffs. our project detecting weight on load cell, , load cell connected analog input of arduino mega. once has detected , reached weight limit, trigger capturing of photo arducam (ov5642 specific) sent mysql database on pc. arduino , pc connected in same wlan. need guidance in project. suggestions highly appreciated. in advance
