Supercript error

i'm designing medical forms , have text "1.0 x 109/l" , "9" superscript. few of these superscript "9"are having odd glitch. "0" in front of them disappear. tried coping line below , error not resolve. re typed , still no change. has else had problem , know of solution.

currently made superscript 9 , added library , drop copy more graphic line of text.

i'm on windows 2000 using adobe cs2
