Thread: Koala new install hangs on window

i installed 9.10, , hangs everytime tried open window. disabled compiz , works fine - didn't have top line of window!
once re-enabled compiz, same hang!
there window manager doesn't hang 9.10?
or there way go 8.10 without losing everything?
