Thread: Install BasicLinux

i know not better question on forum, but:
installed basiclinux on ibm thinkpad 755c 486dx4?!?
because did steps install it.
think floppy driver...

don't understand help. can tell me this,please? confused:

most thinkpads have "inverted floppy drive change line"
(why ibm did way, don't know). fix it, add:
---------------
floppy=thinkpad
---------------
loadlin line in boot.bat (in dos directory)

saying on thinkpads need add line floppy=thinkpad in place says.

after that, should work.

not having thinkpad, cannot works, source of solution seems reliable. give try, won't break system, may knock out floppy drive (or, says - make work)
