Cannot Find Arduino in Device Manager

i tring imuarduino working.  if don't recognize device please here: http://femto.io/products/imuduino.  based on arduino leonardo.  supporting videos show works may expect arduino.

i having trouble getting computer recognize device.  tried https://www.arduino.cc/en/guide/arduinoleonardomicro#toc8 install drivers.  solution requires device seen computer.  computer not far.  cannot find 'other devices' in device manager (please see attach picture).  additionally when plug device usb port nothing happens (windows doesn't give response new device detected).

i thought might because using usb 3 connect phone uses usb 2 , connect without trouble.  not sure causing issue.

i using micro usb connect device.
os: windows 10
ide: arduino 1.6.6
orange power ind. turns on when plugged usb port

thank can provide.  have on these forums , google searched there many posts described driver issues don't have same issue do.

i having same problem arduino leonardo purchased form robotshop. computer used arduino 0 , want program leonardo. have removed , reinstalled arduino ide.  nothing happens when plug leonardo usb port.  i cant find leonardo in device manager list went under actions > add legacy hardware > next > install dfhardware manually select form list > next > ports (com &lpy) > next {under manufacture} arduino > {under model} arduino lenardo > next > next.  i " software device installed may not work correctly. device cannot start. (code 10)"  i can find leonardo in device manager under ports ( com& lpy) under propertied device status of device cannot start(code 10).
any suggestions?
