Lock Fields after signing - Validation error ?

in reader extended document have multiple text fields must locked after filled. lock them through document signature field (lock fields after signing). seems work fine - fields locked.
when document opened again validation routine tells document might have been changed since signed. in signature filed see little yellow angle warning!.
in fact nothing has been changed, have signed document , send document client - , call me phone , ask me why document changed after signing. ??

is situation error or has work in way. ?
may doing wrong ?

i can not release document customers validation warning - seems make confusion among persons receive documents.

sorry can't this, have similar issues (with lc v8) when try lock same field multiple signatures,,, ex, project plan described, once signed off engineering manager want preceeding fields locked, can collections locked engsignature. sales manager signs next , want signature lock same fields, comments "sales comments" field, can collection similar first one, adding field,,,this works well,, having clear signature edit text. but, wrong engineering or sales manager can clear 1 signature , document open editing , other manager's signature still present. think bug exists in "once text field locked 1 or more signatures (via locking collection), signature fields must cleared in order text editable",, if worked expected (proper locking logic) create great sign-off sheet multiple signatures added , when saw signature confident data he/she signed off on had not changed,,,
