Error ALC-LCM-999-032 when starting JBoss

hi,

i'm facing error when deploying livecycle es ears when comes 68% progress following error shows up:

error [alc-lcm-999-032]

failed on starting service jboss adobe livecycle es v8.0'

service startup filed for: jboss adobe livecycle es v8.0

i tried run service using command line: net start "jboss adobe livecycle es v8.0" without luck error msg shows "system error 5 has occurred".

i tried running jboss adobe livecycle es v8.0 service form windows services interface , had following error message:

windows not start jboss adobe livecycle es v8.0 service on local computer. error 1930xc1

can on can else? or required environment parameters/setup should have on machine make "clean" , ready installation?

can check account service using. change use local system account , see if can start.
