Suggestion for template with horizontal menu - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

does have suggestion free template enable me add horizontal (drop down/fold out) menu.

currently use template provided tutorial template, available on http://dev.joomla.org. , try do, can't move horizontal menu higher few lines under header. clearly, i'm doing wrong, or using wrong template. guess mine. see http://nvfb.hermod.nl. i'm rather stuck is

ermm, maybee move joomla-mod "top_menu" in index.php few lines , check padding & margins of "header_logo/menu.
just had look, menu not nested in div or table! have look.
