Mailing List Management with a throttle option - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i new joomla , excited it! friend told me there joomla extension can use to send emails opt-in mailing list of 20,000+. host allow me send these emails, @ 400 per hour. therefore, need throttle mailings.

any ideas?
