Still getting nasty scrollbars on my iframes - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i have page wrapped site. it's small page, not taller site page, , set absolute size, still dumb scrollbars , 3 quarters of page. yes, checked make sure configuration.php site path correct.

i saw 1 suggestion change css on wrapper 100% height, have no idea how or go find it. can bit more explicit changing css on particular parts of site?

in wrapper menu link, did turn off scroll bars? can set iframe hight match pixel hight of wrapped page.
