random question,

have htc m8 infrared sensor turn tvs on/off. possible add piece of hardware turn pi 3 on/off phone? it's not huge deal pull plug out in nice convenience if turn on phone.

i'm not sure product exists that, might interesting project make something, you'll need sort of microcontroller ir detector control.

1 thing note, shouldn't pull power pi, need tell clean shutdown first.

alternately pis such low power users leave on time.
