Too long to compile

hello,

i having problems when try compile project, sometime takes more 5 minutes upload simple sketch "blink led". use laptop windows 8.1.

does know how solve problem?

what step on when it's taking time? compiling, or uploading?

i have seen compiler take 30-60 seconds compile trivial sketches, not 5 minutes.
