"Providing interactive database lookup from forms" sample doesn't work with Acrobat Reader 7

i have downloaded , tested adobe sample "adobe livecycle designer 7.0, providing interactive database lookup forms". works great in acrobat professional full version, however, when tested in acrobat reader 7.0.5, generated "script failed..." message.

did have same problem? can download sample here:

yes, pulling hair out same problem, not have access db. using xml data file.
