CiviCrm installation : Error 500 - Internal server error - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hye !

i tryed install component using both solutions :
- upload of package
- unzip, upload /joomla/components/com_civicrm directory , install directory

each time, have error message "error 500 - internal server error".

you'll find software configuration in signature. hardware, use 1&1 business linux webhosting.

until now, never met problem installing components. , don't find answer in following page : http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/disp ... a+or+mambo

does has idea of problem comes ?
