ATMEGA2560 problem

hi everyone,
i developing board atmega2560 control other modules. make schematic attached below. want program mcc via arduino ide have problems.

i set mcu fuse bits mega2560 default.

low : 0xff
high : 0xd8
extended : 0xfd

i use 16mhz crystal oscillator blink example works interesting.

i burn arduino atmega2560 boot loader. , works no error when connect blink led pin works below

what problem ?

and why can not program mcu via arduino ide ?

how programming it? usb/serial adapter? try without c5, may interfere dtr signal coming in , screwing reset pulse.
why didn't use 0.1uf caps on vcc & avcc pins?
