duplicate attributes in InDesign

i working on file blacklining plugin. cleaned , removed blacklining marks , exported .inx file. removed blacklining plugin in indesign , closed it. open indesign , open .inx file created. when opened it, indesign tells me cannot open file due duplicate attributes. mean?

i've never seen error, means it's pretty unusual, i'd guess.

can open original file, not .inx, plugin disabled? if so, try exporting .inx again. issue related state of indesign , order did things when tried first export.
